Architectural, interior and kitchen design, analyze the existing facilities meeting with clients to find out about their idea, the reason to create the restaurant, analyze their business model, their taste in colors, materials, their budgets, their experience in the business and in remodeling to create a back-end and front end floor plans that flow seamlessly.
Measure, analyze the space, mechanical system, electrical system, structural features and photograph the job site. We need to know where the kitchen is located, how your customers will get seated, do you have outside space? where the bathrooms are? We need to know if your location is ADA Compliant, if your point of sale is conveniently located, if your hood is big enough and if you have a grease trap that will support the menu you will be serving or if you need to install a new grease trap.
Develop a concept to match your location and restaurant style by creating the look and feel you want for your space.
We will create a preliminary floor plan for the dining and kitchen area of the restaurant or hotel making sure all spaces function seamlessly. Make sure the design minimize congestion and the crew can work efficiently.
Finally, after the design planning is complete, we generate a proposal that will outline the cost of the consulting, furnishings, equipment, millwork, metal work, and the construction and remodeling of the space.

Oversee contractor's performance, quality of work and inspect any need for change orders.
